The Saved Marriage provides marriage and relationship coaching services for individuals facing separation or divorce. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, or legal advice. No outcome is guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form or engage with our services.
The Saved Marriage offers an optional SMS program. Opting in is always a separate, voluntary action — it is never bundled into these Terms, never required to submit an inquiry, and never required to receive our coaching services.
Consumers may opt in to receive text messages from The Saved Marriage only through the following method:
No other opt-in method is currently used. This checkbox opt-in is not required to submit the intake form, book a call, or receive services from The Saved Marriage.
Once opted in, this program is governed by the following terms:

The Site and our coaching services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureFocus Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
